James: ā€œOn the 14th of Febuary I went in for a hernia operation on my groin in that time I sat on the couch for 6 weeks watching Netflix wanting to go back to the gym but had to wait for the doctor to give the okay to train. After I had the ok I started on a program that had been made by Simon De Jager from Found My Physique. He wrote me this 8 weeks program based on my dietary choices and requirements. It involved fasting for part of the day and eating 2 meals plus a snack meal. I had scans along the way tracking all my body percentages I have lost nearly 7% body fat. I gained 3kgs of muscle and lost almost 6kgs and strength has increased. Still got a bit to go so keep posted.ā€
